Manglam World – Return & Exchange Policy
At Manglam World, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms:
1. Return Period
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
● The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn.
● All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and unaltered.
● Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a return or exchange smoothly, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package for the first time. This video should:
● Be continuous, without cuts or edits.
● Clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival.
● Help us verify any claims related to damage, wrong items, or quality issues.
Returns or exchanges claimed without a proper unboxing video may be declined.
4. Same Product Must Be Returned
Only the exact item that was originally delivered should be returned. To qualify for an exchange or return:
● You must send back the same product you received.
● Swapping or replacing the item with any other product will void the return or exchange
request.
5. Exchange Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange item will be dispatched within the standard delivery timeline.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or other specific reasons. These items will be clearly marked as
"Non-Returnable" on the product page.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To raise a return or exchange request, please:

reason for return/exchange, and the unboxing video.
